Lentil sprouts work well also and sprout quickly. I`ll have to try growing bean sprouts. Alfalfa spouts are easy to grow but too delicate for this preparation. Oh, and I like adding some minced Thai chili for some heat. Great recipe and so easy to make! Sprouts are very versatile! Thanks!
