Hi Vivien, because the texture of almond flour is quite different than regular flour, I would recommend substituting about a third with almond flour, not the whole thing.

When I first made it I didn’t have flax seed in the house so I used a tablespoon of raw whole tehina (tehini) and it still worked excellent.
I’ve also made a chocolate version by adding 200 grams of melted dark vegan chocolate. I highly recommend trying this.
