Hi Ania! I’m sure you can make it using your hands but I’m not sure how much kneading is needed. If you are used to making bread that way, I think you could make it no problem 🙂

It tastes just like the bread I ate in Japanese bakeries, and now I can have it in the States! I have never been able to find bread this soft even in the Asian grocery stores, and I know I’ll be making this again!
