Taken from Vatcharin Bhumichitr’s ‘Gourmet thai in minutes’, this Thai ground pork recipe doesn’t take more than 15 minutes to prepare! Salty and sour with a hint of curry, this is a great sauce to pour over a hot bowl of rice.
