I think I used a parmesan/romano blend for the cheese because that’s what I had on hand the first time I made this. Instead of chicken stock granules, I go out to the garden and find something. The first time, the marjoram looked pretty good so I picked a little bit of that. I also added a little sherry to the white sauce. Great recipe!

How it looked is a different story.  I need a lot of practice making omelettes!!
