Hi Sue! The sesame oil gets mixed with the ingredients along with the ground flaxseed and water and the remaining ingredients for the filling. And then the filling mixture is pan fried with the neutral oil listed under the dumpling wrappers (1 tablespoon of vegetable or grapeseed oil).
