Hi Sarah! Yes, you should be able to make this in an air fryer. I have a recipe for air fryer tofu here: https://pickledplum.com/air-fryer-tofu-recipe/ This one doesn’t have any breading but you should end up with similar results. The only difference would be how long it takes to give the katsu a golden brown, crunchy texture.
